A fire outbreak at a residential building on Bola Street, Oyingbo, has resulted in the death of a 103-year-old woman.

The incident, according to a preliminary report released by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), reportedly started in one of the rooms within the building before spreading to eight others. The inferno also extended to six nearby shops, destroying property estimated to be worth millions of naira.
