Former Super Falcons goalkeeper Precious Dede has been blessed with quadruplets after years of hoping for children.
Dede shared the news on her Instagram page, posting a heartfelt message about the four babies. She said the moment felt like an answer to long‑held prayers and described it as a huge blessing.
Friends, fans and former teammates quickly flooded her posts with congratulations. Many celebrated the arrival of the babies while recalling her days between the posts for the Super Falcons, where she was known as calm and reliable under pressure.
Dede enjoyed a long career representing Nigeria in several Africa Women’s Cup of Nations tournaments, FIFA Women’s World Cups and the Olympics. She retired as one of the country’s most dependable goalkeepers.
Reports say mother and babies are all doing well, and family and close friends are thrilled to welcome them. It is a moment that marks a completely new chapter for Dede, four times over.
