African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced the official schedule of activities for the conduct of our party’s 2026 nationwide congresses and National Convention.
This is contained in a statement issued on Saturday in Abuja by the party’s National Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi.
The statement said the process forms part of the party’s constitutional responsibility to renew its leadership structures across all levels of the organization, beginning from the polling units and wards through the local government and state levels, culminating in the National Convention.
The approved timetable according to the statement is as follows:
– Polling Unit and Ward Congresses: Tuesday, 7 April 2026
– Local Government Area Congresses: Thursday, 9 April 2026
– State Congresses: Saturday, 11 April 2026
– National Convention: Tuesday, 14 April 2026
