Borno State has recorded its eighth presidential commissioning since 2019 as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu formally unveiled a new set of landmark projects delivered under the administration of Governor Babagana Umara Zulum.
The projects—spanning education, infrastructure and social development—underscore the scale of transformation in the state, with more than 104 mega schools forming part of nearly 1,500 capital projects already executed by the Zulum-led government.
