Comedian Samuel Perry, popularly known as Broda Shaggi, was hospitalised yesterday after being shot in the thigh while filming a comedy skit under the Sango‑Ota bridge in Ogun State, according to Linda Ikeji’s Instagram page.
Eyewitnesses described chaos on set as the incident unfolded.
Broda Shaggi was first taken to Blooming Care Hospital in Alakuko, Lagos State, before being moved to Duchess Hospital in Ikeja for further treatment.
