In a significant early move ahead of the 2027 general elections, Hon. James Faleke has obtained the N100 million presidential nomination form of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Hon. Faleke also picked up the N50 million APC governorship nomination forms on behalf of Lagos Deputy Governor Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat for the 2027 Lagos State governorship election
The development, which took place on Tuesday, underscores growing momentum within the ruling party as preparations gradually begin for the next electoral cycle.
Faleke, a prominent member of the APC and a close political ally of the president, is widely seen as a key figure in mobilising support for Tinubu’s anticipated re-election bid.
Although the president has yet to make an official declaration regarding his intention to seek a second term, the purchase of the nomination form signals strong backing from influential party stakeholders.
