Nigerian Troops Arrest Boko Haram Logistics Supplier, Informant In Maiduguri

Troops of the Nigerian Army’s 7 Division Provost Group have arrested a 25-year-old man suspected of providing logistics and intelligence support to Boko Haram terrorists operating in Borno State.

The suspect, identified as Mohammed Bulama, a resident of Mafa Local Government Area, was apprehended during an intelligence-led surveillance operation within the Maiduguri Metropolitan Council area.

Bulama was arrested at about 4:30pm on June 1 at Ngawom, Muna Garage, following sustained monitoring by security operatives.

Meanwhile, preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect allegedly supplied logistical assistance and sensitive information to members of the terrorist group.
