Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo has congratulated his predecessors, Chief Willie Obianyo and Dr Chris Ngige on the occasion of their birthdays.
Obiano who served between March 17, 2014 and March 17, 2022 clocked 70 years while Ngige who served between 2003 and 2006 turned 73 on Aug. 8.
Soludo in separate messages signed by Mr Christian Aburime, his Press Secretary described Obiano as a worthy predecessor who made significant impact on the socio-economic development of Anambra.
“On this special occasion, I warmly celebrate Chief Willie Obiano on attaining this significant milestone of 70 years and wish him continued good health, happiness and many more years of celebration and service to humanity,” he said.
Soludo said Ngige rendered good services to Anambra and Nigeria through his various roles as a senator, medical doctor and politician.
He said Ngige initiated development programmes which benefited the people of Anambra.
“On this special occasion, of his birthday, I pray that he enjoys many more years of life in robust health and in continuous service to humanity,” he said
