Some moments ago, Bayo Onanuga, who is an aide to the presidential flag bearer of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), took to his social media platform (Facebook page) to make clarifications regarding reports surrounding how Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was allegedly rushed off the stage in Minna, Niger state.

Bayo Onanuga said, “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was not rushed off the stage in Minna for health reasons. Do not believe what rumour mongers say.” In addition, Bayo Onanuga said, “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu cut his stay for the mega rally short because he had programmes to attend to on the same day.”

Speaking further, Tinubu’s aide said, “the crowd was so huge in Minna that Tinubu spoke briefly to appreciate the supporters and identified the party candidates seeking elective positions.”

Lastly, Bayo Onanuga said his principal inaugurated his campaign office in the city shortly after the maga rally. Tinubu was also reported to have commended the party supporters for coming out en masse to witness the flag off of the presidential campaign.
