TMG TO HOLD STRATEGIC NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (NEC) MEETING IN PORT HARCOURT

The Tinubu Mega Group (TMG), Nigeria’s largest grassroots and stakeholder mobilization platforms, has announced the convening of its National Executive Council (NEC) Meeting scheduled to hold on Monday, 22nd June, 2026, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

National spokesperson of the group, Tijani Danjuma, announced this in a statement made available to newsmen on Thursday.

The meeting will bring together the leadership of the organisation from all 36 states of the federation, the Federal Capital Territory, the six geopolitical zones, as well as representatives of TMG chapters in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and Europe.

The meeting is scheduled to hold on Monday, 22nd June, 2026, at the Golden Tulip Port Harcourt Hotel

Mr. Danjuma said the NEC meeting comes at a critical period in Nigeria’s democratic and developmental journey and is expected to review the activities of the organisation nationwide while setting strategic directions for the months ahead.

He said the Council will review reports from the recently concluded zonal tours across the country and adopt a comprehensive nationwide strategy aimed at deepening grassroots engagement, expanding membership, strengthening state structures, and consolidating support for the Renewed Hope Agenda across all communities and demographic groups.

The NEC will formally unveil plans for a series of international Tinubu Town Hall Meetings to be held across the United Kingdom, the United States, Asia, and Europe. The initiative is designed to engage Nigerians in the diaspora, provide a platform for policy discussions, showcase the achievements of the administration, attract investment opportunities, and strengthen the participation of Nigerians abroad in national development.

The Council will consider a robust framework for gathering citizens’ feedback on ongoing reforms, economic initiatives, infrastructure development, security improvements, youth empowerment programmes, and social intervention policies. The objective is to provide constructive stakeholder recommendations that will further support national growth and development.

A major highlight of the NEC meeting will be the formal presentation of the prestigious Grand Commander of the Tinubu Mega Group Award to the leader of TMG, Dr. Azonabor Osade Eronmose, an accomplished entrepreneur and respected business leader with interests in shipping, oil and gas services, lifestyle medicine, and preventive healthcare.

The award recognises his outstanding contributions to enterprise development, job creation, healthcare advocacy, philanthropy, and national development.

The Tinubu Mega Group remains committed to promoting national unity, stakeholder engagement, grassroots participation, and constructive support for policies and programmes that advance Nigeria’s progress.
