As part of his administration’s environmental conservation mechanism, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum has constructed the largest electric vehicle charging terminal in Africa.
Part of the initiative was the procurement of hundreds of electric buses, taxis and tricycles, which were commissioned by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu last week.
Beyond its environmental impacts, the project is a masterstroke in practical mobility. It eases transportation, offering residents a modern, reliable, and comfortable alternative.
The most revolutionary aspect, however, is an astonishing flat rate of just N50 per drop. This unheard-of affordability places efficient transit within reach of everyday citizens in Borno.
