Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, has returned to Marte after spending a night in the community last Saturday, as part of efforts to restore peace and normalcy in the Lake Chad region.
During his visit, Zulum commended the Federal Government and the Nigerian Armed Forces for responding swiftly to his plea for enhanced security in the area.
He also monitored the progress of peace restoration efforts and encouraged residents to continue supporting the government’s initiatives.
