Supreme Court of Nigeria has reserved judgment in the ongoing appeal concerning the leadership dispute within the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
A five member panel led by Justice Mohammed Garba announced that a date for judgment will be communicated to counsel representing all parties.
This development follows the adoption of final briefs by legal representatives, marking the conclusion of arguments in the matter.
