A chieftain of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in Abia State, Mr Ifeanyi Ogbonna, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mr. Ogbonna stated this in a statement by his Media Director, Mr Chisom Ogbonna in Umuahia on Friday.
He said that his decision was borne out of a deep conviction that the APC aligned more closely with his principles and aspirations.
“Throughout our political journey, our commitment has always been to serve the best interests of our constituents.
“We see this transition as a means to enhance our ability to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we represent.
