It was a moment of joy and thanksgiving as Ambassadors from all walks of life gathered at the Methodist Trinity Church, Tinubu Square, Lagos to celebrate and give thanks to God to witness the 2023 Women’s World Day of Prayer (WWDP) National writing project workshop in Lagos.
The workshop which started on the 28th of April ended on the 5th of May, 2023.
The theme for this year’s workshop is titled” Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light”. (Matthew 11: 28-30).
In her welcome address, the National Chairperson, Evangelist Dame Florence Uche Nneoma thanked and appreciated the International Executive Director, Ms Katie Reimer for gracing the occasion in Nigeria.
